Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

The short version

  • Chorus tells you what other people said on public finance podcasts. It is information, not investment advice, and we don’t recommend buying or selling anything.
  • The data is produced by automated transcription and AI. It can contain errors, including in quotes. Check the original episode before you rely on anything.
  • Chorus MCP is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe, starting with a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you aren’t charged. After that you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • Your subscription is for you. Don’t share your sign-in, scrape the data, or resell it.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and CHO Public Equities (CVR 46841581), a sole proprietorship registered in Denmark, of Vanløse Allé 79, 2720 Vanløse, Denmark (“Chorus”, “we”, “us”). They cover the Chorus website at chorusmcp.com and the Chorus MCP connector and service (together, the “Service”).

By subscribing to or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. What Chorus is

Chorus collects episodes of publicly available finance podcasts, transcribes them, and turns what was said into structured records: who spoke, what company, asset or topic they discussed, how they leaned, their reasoning, and a quote. You reach that data from an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Grok by adding Chorus as a connector (an MCP server).

The podcasts we cover, the period of history the Service returns, and the features available may change over time. Coverage is limited to the shows we currently process, so the absence of a result does not mean a subject isn’t being discussed elsewhere.

3. Not investment advice

Chorus is an information service. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and nothing in it is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, asset or strategy.

  • We report other people’s views. Every stance, argument and quote in Chorus belongs to the third-party speaker it is attributed to. We don’t endorse those views or check whether they are correct, and we don’t publish our own picks, ratings or price targets.
  • Aggregates are summaries of those views. Where the Service totals or weights how speakers leaned on a subject, that figure describes what was said on the shows we cover. It is not our opinion and not a forecast.
  • Speakers may have interests. People on podcasts may own, trade, or be paid in connection with the things they discuss, and they may not disclose it.
  • We are not a registered adviser. Chorus is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer or similar with any regulator, and does not know your circumstances.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Do your own research and consider speaking with a licensed professional before acting on anything you read through Chorus.

4. Accuracy, transcripts and AI

Chorus is produced by automated systems: transcripts from speech-to-text services or published auto-captions, and AI models that identify speakers, subjects, stances and reasoning. These systems make mistakes. A transcript can mishear a word or a name; a speaker can be misidentified; a stance can be misread; a summary can leave out context that changes the meaning.

About quotes. We automatically compare quotes against the episode transcript and hold back quotes that don’t match it closely. A quote that passes may still have light cleanup, such as filler words removed or an obvious mishearing corrected. Quotes collected before this check was introduced have not been through it. And because the check compares against our own transcript, it cannot catch an error in the transcript itself. Before you repeat or rely on a quote, check it against the original episode.

About your AI assistant. The answers you see are written by your AI assistant, which is provided by another company (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI) under its own terms. It can misstate, over-summarise or mix our data with other information. We are responsible for the data the Service returns, not for what your assistant writes with it.

The data is provided for general information and may be incomplete or out of date. Market data such as prices is not part of the Service.

5. Your subscription and access

  • You subscribe with an email address at Stripe’s checkout. That email is your access: to connect Chorus, you sign in with a one-time link sent to the same address.
  • A subscription is for one person. Don’t share your sign-in or let anyone else use your connection.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone who controls it can sign in to Chorus as you.
  • You must be at least 18, and able to enter a binding contract, to subscribe.

6. Billing and renewal

  • Chorus MCP costs the price shown on our pricing page at checkout (currently US$29 per month), charged in advance through Stripe.
  • A new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method at checkout, but nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription continues when the trial ends and Stripe charges your first month then.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month, and Stripe charges your saved payment method, until you cancel.
  • Sales tax, VAT or similar taxes may be added where they apply, and are shown at checkout.
  • If we change the price, we’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it for a period. Your access continues while it does. If the payment still can’t be collected, the subscription ends and so does your access.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Stripe’s billing portal (manage billing; enter the email you subscribed with and Stripe will email you a link). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. You won’t be charged again. If you cancel during the free trial, you keep access until the trial ends and you aren’t charged at all.

Refunds. If Chorus isn’t for you, email hello@chorusmcp.com within 14 days of first subscribing and we’ll refund your first payment in full, for any reason. Your access ends when the refund is made. After that, payments aren’t refundable and we don’t refund part-months, except where the law requires it or where we end your subscription without cause (see section 15).

If you live in the EU or UK. You have a legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. The refund above covers that right in full: tell us within the 14 days, by email to hello@chorusmcp.com, and we’ll refund your first payment in full, even though the Service started straight away.

Nothing in this section limits any right to a refund or remedy that the law gives you and that can’t be excluded by contract.

8. Acceptable use

Your subscription lets you use Chorus through your own AI assistant for your own research. You must not:

  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download the data, or query the Service systematically to build a copy of it;
  • resell, sublicense, redistribute or publish the data, or make it available to anyone else, including inside a product or service you offer;
  • use the data to build a competing product, or to train or fine-tune a machine-learning model;
  • share your sign-in or connection with anyone else;
  • get around access controls or usage limits, interfere with the Service, or try to access data or accounts that aren’t yours;
  • misrepresent what a speaker said, for example by presenting a quote out of context or attributing it to the wrong person; or
  • use the Service for anything unlawful.

You may quote individual records in your own notes, posts or commentary, as long as you attribute them to the original speaker and episode and don’t reproduce the data in bulk.

9. The Chorus API for businesses

Access to the Chorus REST API is offered to businesses separately, by agreement. It is governed by the written terms agreed with that business, which take priority over these terms where they differ.

10. Content and intellectual property

The podcasts and what their speakers say belong to their respective owners. Chorus includes short quotes from public episodes so that each record can be traced to its source; we don’t claim ownership of anyone’s words.

The Service itself, including the software, the way the data is structured and compiled, and the Chorus name and logo, belongs to us. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active, and nothing more.

Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and other product names belong to their owners. Chorus works with those products as a connector; it is not made, endorsed or sponsored by their owners.

If you are a podcaster or speaker and have a concern about how your content appears in Chorus, contact us at hello@chorusmcp.com.

11. Services we rely on

Payments are handled by Stripe, and you use Chorus through an AI assistant provided by another company. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of them. We aren’t responsible for services we don’t operate.

12. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep Chorus running, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, data sources or the history window. If we make a change that substantially reduces what your subscription gives you, we’ll tell you, and you can cancel.

13. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any trading or investment loss, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Ending these terms

You can stop using Chorus and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the Service. If we end your access without cause, or stop offering the Service, we’ll refund the unused part of your current billing period. Sections 3, 4, 10, 13, 14 and 17 continue to apply after these terms end.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t accept them, you can cancel.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes will be heard by the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows it.

If you are a consumer and we can’t resolve a complaint together, you can take it to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk).
